I help people move from feeling stuck to living with clarity, confidence, and freedom.
I’ve always wanted to change the world for the better. That’s what originally led me to study journalism. I believed that this work would allow me to contribute in a meaningful way.
After several years of working as a journalist, I realised something was missing. While the work was intellectually stimulating, it didn’t allow me the kind of creativity, depth, and human connection I was truly longing for. I felt that real change happens closer to people — at a more personal, embodied level.
That realisation led me to take a different path. I lived and worked abroad, spending time in
different cultures and environments, and throughout all of those transitions, yoga was my constant companion. I began practising in 2012, and from the very beginning, yoga was never just physical exercise for me — it was a way to understand myself, my patterns, and my inner world more deeply.
In 2016, I travelled to India to immerse myself fully in the practice. That experience marked a
turning point in my life. I didn’t just complete teacher trainings, I found clarity about my purpose.
I realised that teaching yoga, and later combining it with intuitive and psychological work, was how I could truly support others and contribute to meaningful change.
What I do today is the result of lived experience, continuous learning, and many personal transitions — not a linear career path, but a deeply human one.
My philosophy & approach
My teaching and healing work have evolved a lot over the years. While my formal yoga
education began in India and followed traditional structures, my understanding of yoga has
expanded far beyond rigid systems or routines.
I no longer believe in blindly repeating the same movements or practices just because they are
considered “traditional” or familiar. The human body, nervous system, and life itself are
constantly changing, and our practice should reflect that.
Today, my work combines:
- functional movement,
- intuitive awareness,
- psychological understanding,
- and the deeper principles of yoga philosophy.
I focus on safety, adaptability, and real-life application. Every session, class, or program is
designed to support not only physical well-being, but also emotional regulation, self-awareness,
and resilience.
Yoga, for me, is training for life. The goal is not perfection on the mat, but more ease, clarity,
and presence off it.
This approach is what makes my work different — it is grounded, practical, and deeply
respectful of each individual’s unique experience.
Experience & Background
I have been working as an independent yoga teacher and facilitator since 2016, offering classes, private sessions, workshops, retreats, and online programs. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, groups, organizations, and communities in different environments and cultures.
My background includes teaching in studios, retreat centres, corporate settings, and community spaces, as well as organising workshops, retreats, and large online events. I continue to educate myself regularly in yoga, movement, healing modalities, psychology, and embodiment-based practices.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience — and I remain committed to learning, growth, and ethical practice.
