About me

My story

I have always wanted to change the world for the better, which is why I decided to study journalism. But after several years of journalistic work, I realized that it does not allow me the desired creativity and contribution to society. I decided to find a different way.

My decision led me abroad: I worked as a flight attendant for the Emirates airline for two years, later I lived in Canada, spent some time in India, and now I live in Morocco. On this journey, I was always accompanied by yoga, which I started practicing in 2012. From the beginning, yoga has been a spiritual practice for me and much more than just physical exercise.

In 2016 I decided to go to India for three months and learn as much as possible about yoga there. This trip truly changed my life. Not only did I complete two yoga teacher training courses, but I also found my passion and my purpose in life: to live and teach yoga.

I realized that by teaching yoga I can actually contribute, have an impact, improve, help – change the world for the better.

My teaching style

I did my teacher trainings in India. However, my perception and teaching of yoga has changed a lot in recent years. From following some kind of “tradition” because someone said it should be like that, I started to question myself, delve deeper into this practice and expand my horizons and knowledge.

Today, I no longer blindly follow routine yoga movements, because I know that no long-term repetition of the same movements is beneficial. I am constantly improving my knowledge with the best teachers who deal with the human body and movement. I then connect safe movement and the implementation of asanas with the essence of yoga, with concepts from yogic philosophy, which I try to present in a practical, universally applicable and understandable way.

I’m always looking for the best ways to make my classes the best training for life – both psychologically and physically, yoga has to be FUNCTIONAL. The purpose of everything we learn in yoga classes is that we can use it even when we are not on the yoga mat and improve our quality of life on all levels.
