KAJ PONUJAM?

Vodim ure joge v vašem pisarniškem okolju, tako v slovenščini kot v angleščini. Z izvajanjem položajev, preprostimi dihalnimi tehnikami ter sproščanjem in meditacijo prinesem vašim zaposlenim večjo sproščenost in večjo produktivnost. Pri vadbi telesnih položajev pa se osredotočam na tiste vaje, ki so posebno primerne za ljudi, ki večino delovnega časa presedijo.

 

Možnosti:

  • vadba v oblačilih za jogo, v za to namenjenem prostoru – telovadnici, na blazinah za jogo, običajno v času pred kosilom, saj je to ravno na polovici delovnega časa (traja 60min, vključuje fizično vadbo, dihalne tehnike, sproščanje)

 

  • vadba kar v pisarni, na in ob stolih, v delovnih oblačilih, kadarkoli v delovnem dnevu (posamezna vadba traja približno 30min, možnost rotacije po več pisarnah, vključuje lažje vaje, s katerimi nekoliko razgibamo zakrčeno telo in dihalne vaje ter sprostitvene tehnike, meditacijo)

 

ZAKAJ IZBRATI MENE?

NushYoga (50)Ker v mojih vadbah združujem popolno kombinacijo vaj za telo in um, izkušnje s korporativno jogo (jogo za zaposlene v podjetjih) pa sem si med drugim pridobivala v Vancouvru v Kanadi, kjer je joga za zaposlene prisotna že skorajda v večini podjetij. Že leto dni tudi vodim jogo za zaposlene v evropski Agenciji za sodelovanje energetskih regulatorjev (ACER) v Ljubljani. Vodim tudi skupinske in individualne vadbe. Ker sem večino svojega izobraževanja, pa tudi učenja, opravila v tujini, tekoče vodim vadbe v angleščini.

WHAT DO I OFFER?

I lead yoga classes in your office environment, in English or Slovene. By practicing yoga poses, simple breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques your employees will learn how to cope with stress better, will become calmer and more relaxed, and more productive. I focus on the yoga poses that are best for people who spend a lot of time sitting, which helps prevent problems with the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips and wrists.

 

Possibilities:

  • A regular 60 minutes yoga practice in comfortable gym clothes in a space reserved for that (an empty office or gym), using yoga mats. It includes the practice of yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation. The best time for this practice is half-way through the working day, just before lunch.

 

  • A simple yoga practice in the working environment, at the office, wearing office clothes, practicing next to the desk, also using chairs. This practice is shorter (30 minutes) and can be done anytime during the working day, the exercises are easier and include simple stretches (we make sure people don’t sweat), breathing exercises and meditation. It is possible to rotate among different offices, spending a short time in each of them (a minimum of 20 minutes for each practice).

I have gained my experience with corporate yoga in Vancouver, Canada, where yoga for employees is present in almost every company. In the past year I have also been teaching yoga for employees of the European Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) in Ljubljana. I also teach group and individual yoga classes in English and Slovene. I studied and taught yoga abroad so I am fluent in English.
